Responsibilities:

Communicate with corporate clients and business customers via phone and other channels
Make outbound calls and follow up with potential leads to generate new business opportunities
Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
Maintain accurate records of client interactions follow-ups and sales activities
Understand client needs and recommend suitable event and exhibition solutions
Support sales and business growth initiatives through consistent performance and initiative
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and performance goals

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales telesales tele calling customer service or related fields
Strong communication skills in English
Malayalam language proficiency is a plus
Friendly confident and professional demeanor with persuasive communication skills
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
Experience in dealing with expatriate or corporate clients is advantageous
Basic computer literacy and adherence to professional work ethics
Female candidates preferred
South Indian (Kerala) and Pakistani candidates are encouraged to apply
