Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to drive business growth within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors across the UAE and GCC region. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strategic client relationships identifying new market opportunities and delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing deals while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent achievement of sales targets. This position offers a dynamic environment for professionals passionate about industrial sales and technical product promotion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop long-term client relationships within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Promote industrial products engineering equipment and technical services to prospective clients
- Prepare detailed quotations and follow up on sales inquiries throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of solutions
- Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate technical and commercial solutions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets to support overall business growth
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within Oil & Gas Petrochemical industrial equipment or engineering services sectors
- Strong communication negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Technical understanding of industrial products equipment or engineering services (preferred)
- Self-motivated professional and focused on results
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts efficiently
- Candidates available for local transfer are preferred
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
