The Production / Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of factory and warehouse activities within a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor production processes in alignment with approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with production teams to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards
- Track daily productivity and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving storing and issuing materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and avoid production delays
- Ensure proper organization safety and compliance in material storage
- Coordinate material requests and follow up with suppliers as needed
- Prepare daily production and warehouse status reports
- Maintain records using Microsoft Excel and internal reporting systems
- Track material usage stock movement and operational performance
- Perform basic administrative and documentation tasks related to factory operations
- Supervise factory staff warehouse workers and operational activities
- Enforce workplace safety standards and company procedures
- Maintain cleanliness discipline and efficient workflow across the site
- Support site supervision and operational coordination as required
- Assist team members to improve overall productivity and efficiency
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor Warehouse Supervisor or Factory Supervisor
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations inventory control and production processes
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings
- Demonstrated leadership communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and internal reporting systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with factory and industrial operations
- Clear communication skills in English Arabic and Hindi
- Experience working in the Saudi market particularly in Jeddah is advantageous

Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
