Job Summary
Summary: This role is for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead and oversee mechanical maintenance operations on Oil & Gas projects in Saudi Arabia. The position is critical to ensuring the safe efficient and timely execution of maintenance activities in alignment with Saudi Aramco standards. The engineer will supervise teams coordinate across project stakeholders and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements contributing directly to project success and operational reliability.
Responsibilities:
Supervise mechanical maintenance activities at project sites
Coordinate with technicians supervisors and project teams
Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and on schedule
Monitor equipment performance and support troubleshooting activities
Follow Saudi Aramco standards safety procedures and project requirements
Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation
Support preventive and corrective maintenance operations
Requirements
Requirements:
Age between 30 40 years
Transferable IQAMA is required
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university
Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in Oil & Gas projects
Experience in refinery petrochemical industrial or shutdown projects is an advantage
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage manpower and supervise site activities
Willing to work at project/job sites across Saudi Arabia
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
