Job Summary

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Female Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth within our expanding team. This role is pivotal in promoting a comprehensive suite of corporate and financial servicesincluding Accounting VAT Consultancy Corporate Tax Services Auditing Assistance and Business Setup Solutionsacross the UAE market. The ideal candidate will leverage outdoor sales strategies client relationship management and professional marketing to generate new business meet sales targets and contribute to long-term company success. Responsibilities:

Promote Accounting Services VAT Registration VAT Filing Corporate Tax Services Auditing Support and Business Setup Solutions to prospective clients
Conduct outdoor sales and marketing activities across commercial zones and business locations
Visit companies offices and enterprises to introduce and demonstrate service value
Generate qualified leads schedule client meetings and convert prospects into paying customers
Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with clients
Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism
Prepare present and follow up on service quotations and proposals
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Collaborate with accounts and operations teams to ensure service delivery excellence
Maintain accurate records of leads client interactions and sales activities
Support digital marketing and promotional initiatives as needed
Represent the company with professionalism at meetings events and networking sessions

Requirements

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred
Proven experience in Sales Marketing Outdoor Sales Business Development or Customer Service
Prior experience in Accounting Firms VAT Consultancy Tax Consultancy Corporate Services or Business Setup Services is highly advantageous
Exceptional communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
Fluency in Arabic English Hindi or Urdu is preferred
Self-motivated energetic and driven by targets and results
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office email communication and customer follow-up systems
Familiarity with the UAE market and business landscape is a plus

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java C or Python Experience with software development tools and methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
