Job Summary

Summary: The Manpower Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless workforce management across client projects in Dammam and Jubail Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for coordinating manpower deployment maintaining accurate employee records and facilitating effective communication between clients HR and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in manpower coordination or recruitment capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Their work directly supports operational efficiency and client satisfaction making this role essential to the success of ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate manpower requirements for various projects and client locations
  • Arrange employee deployment and ensure timely mobilization
  • Communicate with clients regarding workforce needs and schedules
  • Maintain employee attendance records and related documentation
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities when required
  • Coordinate with HR and operations teams for smooth daily activities
  • Prepare reports and update manpower status regularly
  • Ensure all manpower operations run efficiently and professionally

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in manpower coordination or recruitment field
  • Valid Iqama and Saudi driving license are mandatory
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reporting systems is preferred
Preferred Candidates:
  • Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred
  • Experience working with manpower supply or trading companies is an advantage
