Coordinate manpower requirements for various projects and client locations
Arrange employee deployment and ensure timely mobilization
Communicate with clients regarding workforce needs and schedules
Maintain employee attendance records and related documentation
Support recruitment and onboarding activities when required
Coordinate with HR and operations teams for smooth daily activities
Prepare reports and update manpower status regularly
Ensure all manpower operations run efficiently and professionally
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 23 years of experience in manpower coordination or recruitment field
Valid Iqama and Saudi driving license are mandatory
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi will be an added advantage
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reporting systems is preferred
Preferred Candidates:
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia
Immediate joiners will be preferred
Experience working with manpower supply or trading companies is an advantage
