Required Irrigation Supervisor
Job Summary
- Supervise irrigation installation and maintenance activities at project sites
- Monitor irrigation pipelines sprinkler systems drip irrigation systems pumps and valves
- Coordinate daily site operations and optimize workforce productivity
- Ensure all irrigation work is completed on time and meets quality and safety standards
- Inspect materials and equipment prior to installation
- Diagnose and resolve irrigation system issues on-site
- Collaborate with engineers contractors and project teams to ensure seamless execution
- Enforce site safety regulations and company procedures
- Prepare and submit daily reports and update project progress regularly
- Support landscaping and water management activities as needed
- Proven experience as an Irrigation Supervisor on landscaping or irrigation projects
- In-depth knowledge of irrigation systems including sprinklers pumps valves and water distribution networks
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage site operations independently
- Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills
- Basic technical proficiency in irrigation maintenance and troubleshooting
- Experience working on GCC or Saudi Arabia-based projects is highly advantageous
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
Required Skills:
Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of production workers including training scheduling and performance management. Provide guidance and support to ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow. Ensure that machinery and equipment are operating correctly and safely. Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve production issues. Maintain accurate production records including output downtime and quality reports. Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance and issues to management. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials. Manage stock control and ensure that production materials are used efficiently. Requirements: Bachelors degree in industrial engineering manufacturing business management or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
