The Electrical Supervisor role is a critical hands-on leadership position within a long-term project at an Aramco refinery in Jizan. This individual will lead and mentor a team of electricians and technicians ensuring the safe reliable and efficient operation of all electrical systems across the refinery. Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide electrical maintenance teams on site
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Maintain and troubleshoot critical electrical equipment including switchgear transformers motors generators and VFDs
Work with PLC SCADA and other industrial control systems
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly and safely
Ensure all work complies with IEC OSHA and Aramco safety and technical standards
Maintain accurate maintenance records reports and logs
Support planned shutdowns turnarounds and major maintenance projects
Coordinate effectively with internal departments contractors and vendors
Manage inventory of spare parts tools and materials
Train and mentor junior electrical personnel

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. / preferred)
Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance
At least 4 years in a supervisory role preferably in refinery or petrochemical environments
Mandatory Aramco project experience
Proven experience with conveyors ship loading and solid handling systems is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of PLC SCADA and control system integration
Valid Iqama with transferable status (if applicable)
Willingness to work in a demanding high-safety environment with full compliance to project requirements
