Job Summary
Summary: The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all civil construction activities for telecom tower projects across the Kingdom ensuring safe efficient and high-quality execution in alignment with engineering standards and project timelines. This role is critical to the successful delivery of long-term infrastructure projects requiring strong leadership technical expertise and coordination across teams and subcontractors. The engineer will play a key role in managing foundation works site supervision and progress reporting contributing directly to project success and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise telecom tower civil construction activities at project sites.
- Accurately read and execute engineering drawings and approved project plans.
- Coordinate and manage site teams subcontractors and daily construction operations.
- Ensure all civil works are completed according to project specifications and deadlines.
- Manage telecom tower foundation works including excavation reinforcement steel fixing concrete pouring formwork and shuttering foundation preparation and civil finishing.
- Monitor site safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and project quality at all stages.
- Coordinate manpower materials tools and equipment for seamless site operations.
- Prepare site reports and provide regular updates to management on project progress.
- Support tower erection preparation and related civil activities.
- Resolve site issues promptly to maintain workflow and avoid delays.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in telecom or construction projects.
- Proven hands-on experience in telecom tower civil works and infrastructure development.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings civil engineering procedures and site execution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage site operations independently.
- Familiarity with telecom safety standards and quality control protocols.
- Experience working on Nokia telecom tower projects is an advantage.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced dynamic project environment.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
