Job Summary
Summary: The Accounts Executive role is a vital position within our growing finance team in the UAE responsible for ensuring accurate financial record-keeping supporting day-to-day accounting operations and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a commitment to accuracy and compliance. The Accounts Executive will play a key part in managing accounts payable and receivable preparing financial documentation supporting VAT compliance and maintaining seamless finance operations across departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment leveraging their technical and organizational skills to support timely and reliable financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
Prepare invoices payment vouchers receipts and financial reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable activities
Monitor company expenses and follow up on outstanding payments
Assist with VAT documentation and compliance procedures
Perform bank reconciliations and track financial transactions
Support payroll documentation and finance administration
Coordinate with internal departments on financial matters
Ensure all accounting data is recorded accurately and submitted on time
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce
Proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles
Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting procedures
Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally ERP systems QuickBooks or similar platforms
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial work
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java C or Python Experience with software development tools and methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
