Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and supporting the organizations financial health through efficient accounting practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in daily financial operations including bookkeeping accounts management and reporting contributing to seamless business performance and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
Prepare invoices payment vouchers and financial documents
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
Perform bank reconciliations and track company expenses
Maintain accurate VAT records and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations
Support payroll preparation and monthly financial closing activities
Keep financial records organized and up to date
Assist with preparing financial reports and statements for management
Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions and documentation
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
25 years of accounting experience preferred
Good knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting
Experience using Tally ERP systems Microsoft Excel or similar accounting software
Familiarity with VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred:
GCC or Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage
Candidates available to join immediately are preferred
Required Skills:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
