Job Summary
- Lead and manage daily workshop operations
- Supervise support and motivate mechanics and technical staff
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and service quality
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to meet project deadlines
- Monitor workshop performance productivity and equipment utilization
- Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company standards
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Prepare reports and coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Workshop Manager in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Sound technical knowledge of maintenance and repair operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
