Job Summary
- Supervising daily welding fabrication and installation activities
- Leading and supporting welders fabricators and site crews
- Planning manpower and organizing daily work schedules
- Making sure all work follows approved drawings and project specifications
- Monitoring welding quality and overall work progress
- Coordinating with engineers QA/QC inspectors and project teams
- Conducting regular site inspections and addressing issues quickly
- Ensuring all team members follow health and safety procedures
- Conducting toolbox talks and promoting safe working practices
- Preparing daily reports and maintaining project records
- Checking that materials tools and equipment are available when needed
- Ensuring work areas remain safe clean and organized
- Supporting the team in meeting project targets and deadlines
- Oil & gas projects
- Industrial and infrastructure projects
- Structural steel fabrication and installation
- Piping and mechanical construction activities
- Shutdown and maintenance projects
- Supervising large teams on active construction sites
- Good understanding of welding and fabrication processes
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications

- Good communication and coordination abilities

- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- Proven experience as a Welding Supervisor
- Relevant technical qualifications and certifications
- Valid documents and certificates (where applicable)
- Experience working on construction or industrial projects
- Ability to manage teams and handle site responsibilities independently
- Immediate availability will be an added advantage
