Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the companys customer base.
- Promote pest control and cleaning services to potential clients across various sectors.
- Conduct client meetings site visits and presentations to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations proposals and service agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the company.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular activity reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in pest control cleaning services facilities management or a related industry.
- A valid Saudi Arabia Driving License is mandatory.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and report preparation.
- Immediate availability will be considered an advantage.
