Job Summary

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar and renewable energy market
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants contractors and project stakeholders
Promote and sell solar PV systems and renewable energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers
Prepare technical and commercial proposals quotations and presentations
Conduct client meetings site visits and product demonstrations
Work closely with engineering and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements
Negotiate contracts and contribute to achieving company sales targets
Stay informed about market trends industry developments and competitor activities
Provide excellent customer support throughout the sales and project lifecycle

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry
Proven experience in sales business development and client relationship management
Strong understanding of solar PV systems renewable energy technologies and electrical systems
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
Self-motivated target-oriented and able to work independently
Willingness to travel and work across different regions of Saudi Arabia

Required Skills:

Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
