Job Summary
- Coordinate daily academic and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with parents students and teachers addressing inquiries and providing support when needed.
- Manage admissions student registrations and follow-up processes.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase student enrollment and community engagement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with schools parents and the expatriate community.
- Plan and organize meetings educational events workshops and promotional activities.
- Manage social media platforms and support digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare reports maintain records and ensure proper documentation.
- Work closely with management to achieve organizational goals and continuously improve services.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in education administration customer service admissions or coordination roles is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of social media management graphic design video editing and digital marketing will be considered an advantage.
- A proactive attitude positive mindset and passion for working with students and families.
