Job Summary

Leading and supervising day-to-day site construction activities
Assisting in project planning scheduling and resource management
Coordinating with engineers subcontractors and project teams
Monitoring project progress and ensuring milestones are achieved on time
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations quality standards and project specifications
Reviewing technical drawings and resolving on-site construction challenges
Managing site teams and maintaining smooth communication across all project stakeholders
Supporting the successful delivery of projects within approved timelines and budgets

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of proven experience in on-site management of Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Projects Power Engineering Projects or Power Plant Construction Projects
Previous experience as a Deputy Construction Manager or Construction Manager on large-scale projects is mandatory
Strong knowledge of Construction Project Management Solar PV Construction EPC Projects Renewable Energy Projects and Power Infrastructure Development
Excellent leadership coordination and problem-solving skills
Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region will be an added advantage

Required Skills:

Engineer Certified Proven experience with Oracle ERP systems in a construction or project management environment Strong organizational and documentation management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven setting Proficiency in project lifecycle administration and process optimization

Required Education:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
