Regional Strategic Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute regional strategies for the infrastructure and energy sectors aligned with corporate goals.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends potential markets and client demands.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives and drive regional business growth.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the infrastructure and energy domains.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government authorities private sector clients and strategic partners.
• Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals and presentations for clients.

Operational Excellence:

• Analyze project and portfolio performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide guidance on resource allocation to maximize profitability and project delivery efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and enhance service offerings.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a key liaison between the Middle East region and Surbana Jurong Groups global leadership.
• Represent the organization in regional conferences forums and industry events to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Facilitate partnerships with local entities to foster knowledge transfer and capacity building.

Market Intelligence:

• Monitor regulatory changes policy developments and competitor activities in the Middle East.
• Provide insights and recommendations to adapt to the evolving market landscape.
• Develop comprehensive reports and updates for senior management.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure and energy sectors with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure development renewable energy and emerging technologies in the energy sector.
• Proven track record in business development and managing large-scale projects.
• Exceptional analytical negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with a diverse range of stakeholders.
