Job Summary
on Behalf of Our Clint we are looking for a Refill doctor
job summary:
The Doctor is responsible for delivering chronic condition follow-up services to targeted population aligned with departmental objectives while ensuring high-quality care patient safety and an enhanced member experience
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Enhance member experience by providing clear medical guidance promoting relevant services and supporting retention
- Manage chronic conditions through appropriate lab requests interpretation and medication refills.
- Ensure high-quality medical care in line with best practices and prioritize patient safety at all times.
- Ensure full adherence to regulatory and organizational policies and standards.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Family Medicine department.
Bachelors degree in medicine and surgery.
Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license
Experience in chronic disease management and medical emergencies
Strong knowledge of chronic medications dosages and treatment plans
Required Skills:
