Job Summary
The Real Estate Sales Specialist will be responsible for attracting qualified customers and managing the direct sale of ready residential units. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities presenting residential projects conducting property tours understanding customer requirements
negotiating commercial terms and following up with customers until the successful completion of the sale.
Responsibilities:
- Attract qualified customers interested in purchasing residential units.
- Identify new sales opportunities and continuously build the customer database.
- Communicate directly with customers present residential projects and explain their advantages.
- Conduct property tours for customers.
- Follow up with customers from the initial contact until the sale is completed.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Update customer information and prepare periodic sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma; Diploma or Bachelors Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in direct real estate sales.
- Previous experience selling ready residential units is pereferd.
- Experience with a real estate developer brokerage company or real estate marketing company is acceptable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer acquisition and lead-generation skills.
- Relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Benefits
Salary Range: 5 k 9 k Commission: 1.5% of the property value.
Required Skills:
Bachelors masters degree in finance Accounting Economics or a related field is required. 1015 years of relevant finance experience preferably in real estate or investment companies. Strong experience in accounting budgeting financial reporting and financial analysis. Knowledge of Saudi accounting regulations and corporate finance practices.
