Job Summary
Quality Assurance Tester
Responsibility
1. Design and implement user acceptance testing strategies for all digital channels execute testing procedures meticulously and prepare comprehensive reports on the performance and user experience.
2. Formulate plans (from experience perspective) for commercial user acceptance testing conduct thorough testing activities and create detailed reports on the outcomes and areas for enhancement.
3. Ensure comprehensive testing coverage across B2B B2C and Wholesale segments to guarantee that all aspects of the business are thoroughly evaluated and validated.
4. Develop detailed plans for simulating customer scenarios execute comprehensive testing protocols and provide detailed reports on the findings and recommendations for improvement.
Experience & Qualification
1. Bachelors or Master degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
2. 5 Years of experience in Quality Assurance (preferably in telecom industry).
