The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for supporting testing and quality assurance activities for procurement-related systems while working with governmental entities and internal project teams. This role requires hands-on testing experience the ability to prepare and execute test cases and ensure system quality against business and functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare review and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
Identify document and track defects using tools such as JIRA.
Collaborate with business analysts developers and project managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Maintain clear and accurate test documentation and reports.
Ensure testing activities align with public sector standards policies and compliance requirements.
Support test automation activities where applicable including tools such as Tosca.
Requirements
Education / Qualification
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Experience
34 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Testing role.
Hands-on experience in software testing including test case preparation and execution.
Good understanding of procurement processes and related business workflows.
Experience using JIRA or similar defect tracking and test management tools is a plus.
Experience in the public sector is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP Ariba SAP MM or SAP SRM is a plus.
Familiarity with test automation tools particularly Tosca is a plus.
