QAQC Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control across the Terminal 6 Substructure Works package at King Salman International Airport (KSIA) Riyadh. This build-only contract includes mass earthworks an extensive scope of reinforced concrete substructure elements waterproofing systems and precast concrete components all of which must meet demanding project specifications and international quality standards. You will develop and implement the project Quality Management Plan for the substructure scope manage inspection and test plans (ITPs) covering earthworks concrete pours waterproofing applications and precast elements and oversee material testing programmes to confirm compliance before works proceed to the next stage. A key part of the role involves managing non-conformance reports coordinating corrective actions with the Construction and Technical teams and ensuring third-party inspection and testing is scheduled and documented appropriately. You will maintain comprehensive quality records throughout the project and support handover documentation and quality close-out processes as substructure works are completed and handed to the next contractor. Given the scale of concrete works involved and the technical complexity of the waterproofing and precast scope this role requires a detail-oriented quality professional with strong technical judgement and the ability to hold firm on standards under programme pressure. Prior experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and large civil works ideally on airport or aviation projects is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project Quality Management Plan for substructure works

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in QA/QC management on major civil/building projects
• Strong background in concrete works waterproofing and precast quality control
• ISO 9001 auditing experience preferred; airport project experience an advantage
