Job Summary:
The Purchasing Officer is responsible for sourcing negotiating and procuring materials finishes furniture fixtures and equipment required for interior and fit-out projects. The role ensures that all purchases are made in line with project budgets timelines and company standards maintaining strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers materials and subcontractors for interior and fit-out projects.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.

Negotiate pricing payment terms and delivery schedules.

Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Coordinate with project managers designers and site teams to forecast material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and KSA regulations.

Develop and maintain vendor databases for key materials and products.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in the fit-out/interiors or construction industry.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Knowledge of interior finishing materials joinery and furniture sourcing.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
