About the opportunity

This is an opportunity to represent a prominent Saudi organization and its leadership at the highest levels. Working closely alongside the principal you will be a poised articulate and engaging presence in front of senior and VIP guests including government and royal-level visitors. You will help create an outstanding impression in every interaction and over time grow into a public-facing voice for the organization across media and social platforms.

We are looking for fresh confident Saudi talent with exceptional communication skills and natural presence. Formal public relations experience is not required. What matters is how you carry yourself how you connect with people and how well you represent those you work alongside.

What you will do

• Accompany and support the principal during meetings visits and engagements ensuring a polished and professional impression at all times.
• Welcome host and engage senior and VIP guests with warmth confidence and cultural awareness.
• Communicate clearly and articulately in both English and Arabic across in-person written and digital settings.
• Support the smooth flow of the principals engagements and appointments while accompanying him.
• Represent the organizations image and identity consistently and over time act as a public-facing voice across media appearances and social media.
• Build and maintain a strong professional online presence aligned to the organizations brand.
• Travel across the Kingdom and internationally as the principals engagements require.
• Exercise complete discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Who we are looking for

• Fluent in English with excellent spoken communication and presentation skills.
• Confident sociable and articulate with quick thinking and natural poise in high-profile settings.
• Presentable and professional with a strong personal presence and the judgment to elevate and complement the principal rather than overshadow him.
• Comfortable representing an organization publicly. An interest in or aptitude for media and social media is a strong advantage.
• Communication ability presence attitude and commitment matter most.
• Reliable committed and fully available with the flexibility to travel within the Kingdom and abroad at short notice.
