Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Director to lead the delivery of the Terminal 6 Substructure Works package at King Salman International Airport (KSIA) one of the regions most significant aviation infrastructure developments. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for programme cost quality safety and stakeholder management across the substructure scope spanning mass earthworks reinforced concrete substructure waterproofing and precast elements. You will act as the primary interface with the Employer Engineer and internal executive leadership directing a multidisciplinary key personnel team through mobilization execution and handover. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record delivering large-scale civil or building packages on fast-track international programmes with the commercial and technical judgement to manage risk resolve disputes and keep delivery on schedule and within budget from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall project delivery against the contract programme and budget
- Act as primary point of contact with the Employer/Engineer and internal leadership
- Direct the projects key personnel team across all disciplines
- Oversee risk management contractual compliance and dispute resolution
- Report progress cost and risk status to senior management and the client
- Approve key technical commercial and resourcing decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years experience in major infrastructure/building projects substantial time as Project Manager/Director
- Airport aviation or large mega-project experience strongly preferred
- Proven record delivering substructure/civil works on fast-track programmes
- Strong English; Arabic and/or Mandarin an advantage
