Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the Agentic AI-based process automation in optimizing operations for a leading organization in Saudi Arabia. This role will act as the primary client-facing representative ensuring smooth execution managing local stakeholders and working closely with delivery team to drive the success of the POC and further business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Delivery:
- Own and drive the successful execution of the Agentic AI POCs / Pilots / Productisations ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Define and manage project scope timeline deliverables and quality standards.
- Coordinate between technical team and local business stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management & Business Growth:
- Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
- Communicate project progress risks and milestones to senior finance leaders and operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to extend the engagement beyond the POC and drive additional AI implementations.
Team Coordination & Risk Management:
- Manage the delivery team ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Monitor risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all project activities comply with the clients finance regulations and operational requirements.
AI Strategy & Process Optimization:
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Technical Teams to refine the AI-driven workflows.
- Validate the impact of AI-driven process optimizations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Plan for the transition from POC to full-scale implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:

10 years of overall project management experience with decent experience in finance operations AI (Gen AI Agentic workflows) and automation projects.
Proven experience managing client engagements and delivering high-impact projects.
A strong understanding of finance operations workflows and digital transformation in financial services is a plus.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Experience working with AI (Gen AI Agentic workflows) RPA or automation technologies is a strong plus.

PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus
