Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager with an architectural background to lead the supervision of a live operating project in the Eastern Province.
Overall management and supervision of mall renovation and fit-out works
Lead architectural coordination between client contractors and specialist subcontractors.
Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings specifications quality standards and timelines
Review and approve shop drawings material submittals and method statements
Monitor site progress workmanship quality and compliance with safety regulations
Identify risks resolve site issues and manage variations.
Prepare progress reports and lead project coordination meetings.
Bachelors degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of total professional experience
At least 3 years of experience with an engineering consultancy company (mandatory)
Strong experience in live operating projects
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent knowledge of architectural details finishes and coordination works
Available to join immediately
Prior experience on large-scale retail or mall projects in Saudi Arabia
Familiarity with Saudi building codes authority requirements and supervision practices
Required Skills:
