About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of fit-out F&B retail and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end project delivery ensuring quality budget control and timely completion while coordinating with consultants contractors suppliers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership technical expertise and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan execute and oversee fit-out and construction projects from concept to handover.
• Manage the construction of restaurants cafés retail outlets and commercial spaces while ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Develop project schedules budgets and resource plans ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects consultants contractors suppliers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality safety and compliance with local regulations.
• Review drawings BOQs specifications and contractor submissions.
• Manage project procurement activities and monitor material delivery schedules.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards throughout all project phases.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Architecture or a related field.
• 712 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing fit-out projects for restaurants cafés retail outlets hospitality or commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies fit-out works project planning budgeting and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating MEP interior fit-out and finishing works.
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Primavera P6 AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the GCC particularly Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

preferably from restaurant chains café brands retail developers fit-out contractors or construction companies delivering multi-site rollout projects. Candidates with experience managing the construction of

restaurants cafés coffee shops retail outlets and commercial interiors

will be highly preferred.
