POSITION SUMMARY

Lead high-impact projects in data modernization digital banking platforms digital channels (mobile web API) and AI delivery. Manage budgets timelines and cross-functional teams in a regulated banking environment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for data digital transformation and AI initiatives
• Manage project scope timeline budget and resource allocation
• Apply Agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Conduct stakeholder updates and steering committee reporting
• Ensure regulatory compliance and banking standards alignment
• Build and mentor project teams across matrix organization
• Optimize resource allocation and manage financial performance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• 812 years project management in technology/IT
• 57 years in banking or regulated financial services
• Track record managing complex multi-team projects with substantial budgets
• Digital transformation or data platform project experience

Certifications (Required)

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2
• Agile Certification (CSM CSPO SAFe or equivalent)

Skills

• Microsoft Project Excel PowerPoint (advanced proficiency)
• Project management tools (Azure DevOps Jira or similar)
• Banking systems and architecture understanding
• Basic cloud platform knowledge (AWS Azure)
• Data architecture and API knowledge
• Budget management and financial analysis

Knowledge
