Project Management Specialist

Boeing Saudi Arabia is seeking an Entry-Level Project Management Specialist to support the Program Management Team in Riyadh.

The Program Management Specialist will assist in various project management tasks ensuring adherence to project management standards and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Scheduling Support:
• Assist in developing and maintaining program schedules to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards.
• Communication Facilitation:
• Support communication efforts with customer counterparts and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a focal point for programs projects or functions as required.
• Logistics and Compliance:
• Assist in logistics import and export efforts related to program activities.
• Support the review of proposals contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Data Collection and Reporting:
• Collect program data from program managers leads and engineers for weekly and monthly reporting.
• Assist in the maintenance of quality directives policies processes and metrics.
• Best Practices Implementation:
• Support the implementation of best practices that aid project decision-makers.
• Assist in planning and business requirements as needed.
• Documentation Coordination:
• Coordinate with project managers engineers and procurement teams to gather and organize documentation including contracts technical specifications and vendor quotes.
• Ensure all documents comply with company standards customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Meeting Participation:
• Participate in daily and weekly meetings assisting in preparation and follow-up.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas materials and minutes in a timely manner.
• Presentation and Reporting:
• Assist in the creation of presentations reports and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related fields.
• Minimum One Year experience in related field is required.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows-based systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Excellent English reading writing and communication skills.
• Strong communication skills in proposal preparation presentation clarification and report writing for all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Professional applications (Project Word Excel PowerPoint).

This requisition is for an international locally hired position in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Saudi law.
