PRO/GRO Team Leader / Saudi National

• Lead and supervise a team of PROs/GROs to ensure smooth and compliant government transactions.
• Oversee the processing and renewal of work permits licenses and other official documentation.
• Coordinate with ministries.
• Ensure compliance with the local laws and regulations keeping the organization updated on any changes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials to facilitate efficient processing of company affairs.
• Monitor and report on the status of pending applications and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation for all government relations activities.
• Support internal stakeholders with government-related queries and processes.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or bachelors degree in business administration Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in government relations in Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi laws visa processes and government portals (Muqeem etc.).
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proven leadership interpersonal and team management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
