We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Production Supervisor. Our client is a reputed organization in the Automotive Manufacturing sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved safely.
- Monitor quality standards and reduce defects.
- Coordinate manpower and machine utilization.
- Maintain production reports and documentation.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
Required Skills
- Production Planning Manage daily production schedules.
- Automotive Manufacturing Experience in automotive production.
- Team Leadership Supervise shop-floor employees.
- Quality Control Maintain product quality standards.
- Lean Manufacturing Improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Preferred Skills
- TPM knowledge
- SAP/ERP exposure
- Continuous Improvement techniques
Work Experience Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry with experience supervising production operations.
Education
- Minimum: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering (typical)
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree
- Additional: Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma certification (preferred)
Required Skills:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Engage with customers through various channels (e.g. social media direct mail face-to-face) to promote products and services. Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance marketing outcomes and new business prospects. Collaborate with other teams (e.g. product development customer service) to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
