Job Summary
Overview
Responsible for planning managing and controlling all production activities in the woodwork factory to ensure efficient workflow high-quality output and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production based on project timelines.
- Manage all workshop departments (cutting CNC assembly finishing packing).
- Monitor daily operations and solve production bottlenecks.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with the Technical Office Procurement and Project teams.
- Control material usage and optimize productivity.
- Supervise production teams and evaluate performance.
Requirements
- 8 years experience in joinery/woodwork production including management.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes machines and materials.
- Ability to lead teams and manage production schedules.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
