Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced Production Manager for a reputed Plastic Factory in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The candidate should have strong expertise in Plastic Master Batch production factory operations management production planning and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities and factory operations
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently
- Monitor machine performance and production quality
- Implement process improvements and cost optimization
- Lead production teams and ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments
- Prepare production reports and inventory planning
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Plastic Master Batch manufacturing
- Production planning and factory management
- Leadership and manpower handling
- Quality control and process improvement
- Arabic & English communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Gulf return candidates preferred
- Experience in large-scale plastic manufacturing units
- ERP or production reporting knowledge
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10 years and maximum 15 years in plastic manufacturing industry
- Prior experience as Production Manager preferred
Education
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Chemical Polymer or Production Engineering

Qualification: Any Degree / ITI / Diploma Age: 2023 years or 3540 years Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license Willingness to travel and relocate to other states
