Production Manager

Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Production Manager to lead its production operations and ensure the efficient delivery of manufacturing objectives. The Role

The Production Manager will oversee all production activities ensuring manufacturing operations are executed safely efficiently and in line with production plans. The successful candidate will lead production teams optimize manufacturing performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations across the manufacturing facility.
• Develop production schedules that meet customer demand and operational capacity.
• Monitor production efficiency quality and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with Planning Supply Chain Maintenance and Quality departments.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor equipment utilization and production performance.
• Develop production KPIs and management reports.
• Manage production budgets and workforce planning.
• Lead employee development performance management and succession planning.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing optimization projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8 years of manufacturing experience including production management responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production planning.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of HSE and quality management systems.
• Experience working with ERP manufacturing systems.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be considered an advantage.
