Job Summary
- Lead procurement activities for materials subcontractors and services
- Manage vendor sourcing evaluation and negotiation
- Ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedule
- Coordinate with engineering and site teams for technical approvals
- Optimize cost quality and delivery performance
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related discipline preferred
- 1015 years procurement experience in construction projects
- Contracting / construction industry experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in technical procurement (fit-out / MEP preferred)
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Experience in GCC construction projects is an advantage
