Powder Coating Technician

We are seeking skilled Powder Coating Technicians with hands-on experience in powder coating application surface preparation equipment handling and finishing quality inspection. The ideal candidates should have strong technical knowledge of coating processes safety standards and defect troubleshooting.

• Perform manual and automatic powder coating applications.
  
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning masking and sandblasting processes.
  
• Operate powder coating booths and curing ovens efficiently.
  
• Conduct coating quality inspections and thickness measurements.
  
• Identify and troubleshoot coating defects and equipment issues.
  
• Maintain coating equipment and ensure proper functioning.
  
• Follow workplace safety standards and finishing quality procedures.
  

• Powder coating application techniques
  
• Surface preparation and finishing
  
• Spray booth and curing oven operations
  
• Thickness measurement and quality inspection
  
• Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
  
• Knowledge of coating materials and safety standards
  

• Experience in industrial manufacturing environments

• Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of relevant powder coating experience.
  
• Hands-on industrial experience preferred.
  

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Industrial Production or related field.
