Pilates Reformer instructor

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Pilates / Reformer Instructor for a leading luxury spa based in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a dynamic and experienced fitness professional who is passionate about health wellness and creating transformative experiences for clients.

• Competitive base salary (SR4500 SR5500 negotiable depending on experience)
  

• Commission based on performance
  

• Certified in Pilates (Mat and Reformer) this is essential
  

• Experience in resistance training required
  

• EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) knowledge advantageous
  

• Ability to design and deliver personalized fitness and wellness programs
  

• Professional appearance and conduct
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Experience working with highend clientele is an advantage
  

• Conduct private and group Pilates (mat and reformer) sessions
  

• Offer resistance training tailored to individual client needs
  

• Develop customized fitness programs for clients based on personal goals and assessments
  

• Deliver highenergy engaging sessions with a focus on wellness and client satisfaction
  

• Maintain a clean safe and professional studio environment
  

• Track client progress and adapt plans as needed
  

• Collaborate with other wellness professionals within the spa
