Were seeking an OTR Supervisor to join our dynamic Delivery Stations. Our OTR teams manage the last-mile delivery operations ensuring packages reach customers safely on time and with the highest quality standards. Each of these groups have played their part in taking us where we are today.

Youll need to safeguard your teams safety promoting Amazons Health and Safety standards
Youll lead and manage Delivery Associates and last-mile delivery operations
Youll monitor and drive On-The-Road performance metrics including OTD DDS DOT and delivery success rates
Youll uphold Amazons high standards of delivery quality and customer experience
Youll solve real-time routing dispatch and delivery challenges to ensure on-time performance
Youll strive to improve and streamline OTR processes and reduce delivery defects
Youll actively share and promote best practices with your colleagues and network


Key job responsibilities
Core responsibilities will include:
- idaily follow up with vendors on on-boarding process;
- facilitate on-boarding process with our external contractor;
- incentive management;
- uniform auditing and inventory;
- daily ops communications with DSP POCs and escalations to the owners if needed;
- handling DS callouts on day to day topics related to DSP DAs;
- arranging and following up on DAY0 attendance.

- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- Work 40 hours/week and overtime as required
- Speak write and read fluently in English

- 1 years of Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook) experience
