Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant

Position: Oracle HCM Fusion Specialist - Saudi National

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is a leading IT outsourcing company that provides innovative and cutting-edge solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Specialist to join our client team on a full-time basis.

As an Oracle HCM Fusion Specialist you will Lead and design technical and functional solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM drive pre-sales activities and deliver best-in-class HR digital transformation strategies tailored to client requirements.

1. Technical Skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM Expertise: Deep domain knowledge across core and advanced HCM modules including:
• Global Human Resources (Core HR)
• Payroll
• Talent Management & Recruiting (ORC)
• Time & Labor Absence Management and Benefits
• Integration & Reporting: Hands-on experience with Oracle tools:
• Integrations: OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) HDL (HCM Data Loader) and PBL.
• Reporting: OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.
• Cloud & Security:
• Strong knowledge of security architecture custom role mapping data privacy and compliance standards.

3. Experience

• Total Experience: 25 years in ERP/HRIS Enterprise Applications.
• Oracle Fusion HCM Experience: 2 years focused specifically on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Track Record: Proven record of leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

4. Soft Skills

• Strong analytical critical-thinking and problem-solving skills tailored to HR operations.
• Exceptional presentation communication and negotiation capabilities.
