Job Summary
Responsibilities
Receive and respond to customer calls and inquiries
Present and explain available apartments/rooms to potential clients
Handle sales calls and convert leads into bookings
Make reservations through hotel management systems
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Provide follow-up support to clients and resolve service-related issues
Ensure accurate data entry and booking records
Requirements
- Preference will be given to non-Saudi applicants with relevant hospitality experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or hotel reservaons
- Fluent in spoken and wriPen English and Arabic
- Ability to work long shiOs (12 hours) 6 days per week
- Comfortable with computer systems and online booking plaJorms
- Presentable organized and customer-friendly
