Job Title: Operations Manager F&B (Multiple Locations)

Overview:

We are seeking two experienced Operations Managers to oversee restaurant and caf operations across designated regions in the GCC. Candidates must have a strong background in food & beverage operations team leadership and regional market knowledge.

Operations Manager Bahrain & Saudi Arabia
Operations Manager UAE & Oman

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant and caf locations.
Ensure compliance with brand standards health regulations and customer service excellence.
Manage and support local teams including recruitment training and performance evaluation.
Develop and execute regional strategies to drive profitability and growth.
Collaborate with senior management on budgeting supply chain and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant and caf operations management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Excellent understanding of regional market dynamics.
Willingness to travel between assigned countries.
