Job Summary
Position: Nephrology Resident
Antal International Network - IME Office is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nephrology Resident to join our team at our Riyadh Saudi Arabia location. This is a full-time position with a 2-year contract.
As a Nephrology Resident you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with kidney disease including diagnosis treatment and management of various kidney-related conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and obtain medical histories
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with kidney disease
- Monitor and manage patients progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Educate patients and their families on kidney disease management and prevention
- Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives
- Attend and actively participate in educational and training programs
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures as well as ethical and professional standards
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution in Nephrology
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Nephrology
- Valid medical license in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain one
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
