Job Summary

**Job Responsibilities**

For an upcoming major infrastructure project we are scouting for the following talent to fill critical leadership positions:

**Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure (15 years exp)**

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery for infrastructure components ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules budgets and resource plans
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor project performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Manage project risks issues and changes through established governance frameworks

**Senior Project Manager - Building (15 years exp)**

  • Direct all aspects of building construction and development from planning through completion
  • Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and quality standards
  • Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors to maintain project specifications
  • Track construction progress and manage budget expenditures
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders

**Senior Project Manager - Utilities (15 years exp)**

  • Manage utility infrastructure projects including water power and telecommunications systems
  • Coordinate with utility providers and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance
  • Oversee installation testing and commissioning of utility systems
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on utility project milestones
  • Address technical challenges and implement solutions to maintain project momentum

**HSE Manager (15 years exp)**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive health safety and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections across all project sites
  • Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures to minimize workplace hazards
  • Provide safety training and awareness programs for all project personnel
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices

**Contract and Procurement Manager (15 years exp)**

  • Develop procurement strategies and manage vendor selection processes
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and service providers
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions
  • Manage procurement budgets and track expenditures
  • Maintain vendor relationships and resolve procurement-related disputes

**Risk Manager (18 years exp)**

  • Identify assess and quantify project risks across all disciplines
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
  • Monitor risk indicators and provide regular risk reporting to senior leadership
  • Facilitate risk workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Implement risk management tools and processes throughout the project lifecycle

**Stakeholder Manager (15 years exp)**

  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans
  • Maintain relationships with government agencies community groups and other key stakeholders
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings and public consultations
  • Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout project delivery
  • Prepare stakeholder reports and manage project communications

Qualifications :

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelors degree in engineering project management construction management or relevant technical discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in infrastructure construction or related project management (18 years for Risk Manager role)
  • Professional Project Management certification (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure projects with budgets exceeding $50 million
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project Primavera or similar)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Advanced degree (Masters) in Project Management Engineering Business Administration or related field
  • Additional certifications relevant to specific role (e.g. NEBOSH for HSE CIPS for Procurement or Risk Management certifications)
  • Experience with public-private partnerships (PPP) or government-funded infrastructure projects
  • Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for infrastructure projects
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities for senior-level positions
