مطلوب CRM Integration Specialist مهمة مؤقتة / Project-Based
نبحث عن شخص لديه خبرة عملية قوية في Zoho CRM لتنفيذ مهمة ربط وتهيئة الـ CRM وليست وظيفة دائمة.
المطلوب في المشروع:
ربط Zoho CRM بالموقع الإلكتروني.
ربط الـ Leads القادمة من إعلانات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مباشرة بالـ CRM.
ربط وتكامل AI Voice Agent مع Zoho CRM.
التأكد من تسجيل بيانات العملاء ومصدر كل Lead بشكل صحيح.
إعداد الـ Automation والـ Lead Flow المطلوب بين الأنظمة.
اختبار جميع عمليات الربط والتأكد من عملها بشكل سليم.
أهم شرط:
نبحث عن شخص قام فعليا بتنفيذ نفس النوع من التكاملات من قبل وليس لديه معرفة نظرية فقط.
يفضل أن تكون لديك خبرة سابقة في:
Zoho CRM APIs Webhooks Website Integration Meta Lead Ads / Social Media Leads AI Voice Agents Automation Tools.

Required Skills:
What Were Looking For 5 years of professional Python development experience. 3 years in AI/ML engineering with a strong track record in building production-grade AI systems. Deep expertise in LangGraph LangChain and AI workflow orchestration. Solid knowledge of FastAPI SQLAlchemy async Python and vector databases (e.g. Pinecone Weaviate). Experience with LLM integration fine-tuning and optimization. Strong understanding of AI testing monitoring and security best practices. Nice to Have Experience with LangSmith and other observability tools. Knowledge of AI performance optimization. Familiarity with AI ethics Responsible AI and compliance testing.
