Job Summary
Organizing and managing internal and external transportation operations between the factory and branches
and other professional tasks ensuring the implementation of safety and quality procedures.
During the shipping and distribution of food products while improving fleet efficiency and tracking
Daily performance.
Mobility and transportation management.
Coordinating daily shipping operations from the factory to the branches.
Scheduling vehicles and assigning tasks to drivers.
Ensuring adherence to planned departure and arrival times.
Product Safety During Transportation:
Ensuring that products are transported at appropriate temperatures (according to the product type).
Checking vehicle cleanliness and monitoring their health and technical readiness.
Ensuring drivers adhere to safety and quality procedures.
Vehicle Tracking and Reporting:
Using GPS systems to track fleet movements.
Documenting transportation movements and daily and weekly reports.
Monitoring fuel consumption and trip efficiency.
Coordination with Other Departments:
Cooperating with Sales Warehouses and Quality to confirm orders and transportation plans.
Interacting with suppliers regarding incoming shipments.
Maintenance and Technical Follow-up:
Following up on periodic vehicle maintenance.
Coordinating emergency repairs and updating service schedules.
