MEP Coordinator - Riyadh, KSA

A leading construction firm is seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) activities on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning execution and delivery of MEP systems in line with project specifications deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all MEP site activities with subcontractors consultants and internal project teams.
  

• Review MEP drawings materials and method statements to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  

• Ensure timely installation and commissioning of MEP systems as per project timelines.
  

• Monitor the progress and quality of work ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
  

• Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions during the construction phase.
  

• Attend and lead site coordination meetings with clients consultants and subcontractors.
  

• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on MEP progress challenges and resolutions.
  

• Liaise with procurement and planning departments to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
  

• Assist in inspections testing and final handover of MEP systems.
  

• Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth integration of services.
  

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  

• Minimum of 5 8 years of experience in MEP coordination in large-scale construction projects.
  

• Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical and fire protection systems.
  

• Experience with local regulations codes and authority approval processes in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
  

• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit MS Office and project management tools.
  

• Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
  

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  

• Currently available in Saudi Arabia or with transferrable Iqama is a plus.
