Mechanical Maintenance Technician

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Saudi Arabia. Our client is seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery.
  
• Inspect mechanical systems to identify wear damage abnormal vibration leakage and potential failures.
  
• Diagnose mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs or component replacements.
  
• Carry out dismantling installation alignment and reassembly of mechanical components as required.
  
• Maintain equipment according to prescribed maintenance procedures and safety requirements.
  
• Use appropriate mechanical tools and measuring instruments during maintenance activities.
  
• Maintain accurate records of inspections repairs breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities.
  
• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance personnel to minimize equipment downtime.
  

1. Mechanical Maintenance Ability to perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical machinery and equipment.
   
2. Troubleshooting Ability to identify mechanical faults and determine appropriate corrective actions.
   
3. Preventive Maintenance Understanding of scheduled inspection and maintenance practices.
   
4. Mechanical Tools Practical ability to use maintenance tools and measuring instruments safely.
   
5. Equipment Inspection Ability to identify wear leakage misalignment vibration and other mechanical abnormalities.
   

• Knowledge of equipment alignment and mechanical fitting.
  
• Familiarity with industrial maintenance and safety procedures.
  
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
  

The posting does not specify an experience requirement. Typical requirement: approximately 25 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing plant or similar equipment-maintenance environment.

• Minimum: Typical ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical trade
  
• Preferred: Typical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  
• Additional: Relevant mechanical maintenance or industrial safety certifications are beneficial.
