Position : Manager - Product Category ( Non Electrical Division )

Qualification : MBA

Experience : minimum 5yrs of experience with a leading Kitchen or Home Appliances Company

Location : Saudi Arabia

Salary : 10000 SAR

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the long-term category strategy and growth plan.
• Own the category’s revenue gross margin and P&L.
• Manage assortment range planning pricing promotions and merchandising.
• Analyze consumer behavior competition market trends and identify category gaps.
• Plan product demand and inventory to ensure product availability and optimum stock levels.
• Lead pre-season and in-season assortment/option planning.
• Coordinate with buying merchandising marketing sales supply chain finance and cataloguing teams.
• Monitor inbound planning cataloguing discounts and seller activities.
• Develop and execute marketing visibility and promotional plans to drive category sales.
• Build strong relationships with buyers sellers suppliers and internal teams.
• Supervise and mentor the merchandising/category operations team.
• Continuously identify opportunities for category expansion and profitability improvement.
